My family was willing to make the hour and half trek over to our house and have Thanksgiving over here. Just as last time, tons of food, lots of fun, and this time we got to see Ohio State beat Michigan. Not a ton of pictures of food, but smiles and even a video of our daughter dancing.
We had Thanksgiving at our house this year for my wife’s side of the family, which included mashed potatoes and the turkey done by us. It was a fun time together. Enjoy the photos.
At my company’s counseling center, I am part of an initiative to help improve corporate wellness. In doing some research for this, I found a lot of companies and big business to make money off of keeping your employees healthy. Because we are just starting things out, I need to do some research on how to make any change before we even consider something more formal.
With the holidays coming up, our first initiative is to challenge people to not gain more than 1 pound in the next six weeks. With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, it’s actually a bit of a challenge.

Today we had a ton of fun at the Children’s Museum, including the newly added fire truck. Our kids love that place. And of course, had to end it with some ice cream!
