Just Got My Supervision Credential

What a time the last five months have been. I’ll blame 100% of the reason I haven’t written on here due to me rocking and rolling with ChurchAndMentalHealth.com. The site has gone from once a week postings as a simple blog to two posts a week, a Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest social media account, a monthly newsletter (you can sign up here), and just recently released (now beta) project that has been 8 months in the works with my Church Mental Health Awareness cards. There is certainly more in the pipleline to come as well as other things I’ve glossed over because there is so much fun stuff.

Easter 2019

This weekend’s Easter Sunday was so good for the soul. Did I get to sleep in? No. Did I get stuff done for work or other side projects? Nope. But the weather was nice for an egg hunt, we got to spend time with family, the message of Christ empty from His tomb was so renewing, and the children smiling (at least when they weren’t crying from candy withdrawals) was so good to see.

My Oldest’s First Play

This week was my son’s first play called ‘Arf’ done by his first grade class. He seems to have really enjoyed it, so maybe we have a future actor.

All Our Kids’ 2019 Birthdays

Since all of our kids’ birthdays are within 30 days of each other, this year we saved some time and money to have one big birthday bash. We probably won’t get away with this soon in the future, so we took advantage of it now. Between the cake, presents, and trampoline park, we had a blast.
